We have noticed over the years that we’ve used email less and less. We use Discord and text messaging daily and relying on our email to communicate with people has become a road block for us. As such, we decided to implement a new way to contact and communicate with us. Our discord server!
If you don’t know what discord is or how to use it, that’s fine. We’ve made it super easy to use. You can simply go to our Contact Us page and use the built in widget. If you click in the chat window, it will ask you to put in your name and you can start chatting. That’s all there is to it. If we don’t get back to you right away, you can still use our online form. If you’d prefer to text us, you can ask for our number in the Discord chat.
The best part of this new chat feature is that we also have friends that are in the server. Some of them have gotten Silkens from us and others have Silkens from other breeders. We are so grateful that they are willing to help us answer your questions, even if we aren’t available. You’re welcome to ask any of the people in the server for their experience with us and/or their Silkens.
